Starbucks’ new 21-day Live Well Journey is based on the theory that it takes only 21 days to form a new habit. The Chinese-only interactive website will share daily ideas on how to care for body, mind and spirit – ranging from low-carb or plant-based dietary options to simple stretching and breathing exercises.

Actress Kelly Cheung will share her tips on maintaining a balanced lifestyle as well as send friendly reminders through voice notes and videos to support participants.

The website goes live on June 7 but you can sign up now to receive freebies straightaway.
