Hong Kong Alliance in Support of Patriotic Democratic Movement of China will convene meetings and ponder its future after sources said police is now investigating the organization.
According to reports, whether to disband the alliance will be discussed in the meetings as well.
Leung Kam-wai, a committee of the alliance, said meetings will be convened, where committees ad members will consider possible options for the future of the alliance, in order to deal with the current political environment.
Earlier sources said police will not only investigate the the alliance, but also its member organizations.
Yesterday, Society for Community Organization issued a statement and announced that it will no longer be a member of the alliance.
The Society added it has not be involved in the works of the alliance in the past 20 years, and has never attended any meeting held by the alliance.
